Toast With a Twist
Warm toast in the morning is the ultimate comfort food. Well.. how about we jazz it up a bit. Lightly toasted whole-grain bread topped with mashed avocados and an egg did sunny side up. Lightly sprinkle some salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice if you're feeling fancy.
If you're not a huge fan of avocados, you can swap it for hummus. You can make your own with chickpeas or get it pre-made from a store.
This breakfast is an excellent source of carbs, healthy fats, and protein.

Overnight Oats
Wouldn’t it be great if you could just wake up in the morning and have breakfast ready for you? We have a solution for that too. Overnight oats. They are the best lazy breakfast out there. There is zero cooking time, uses only one jar, and can be made as straightforward or as creative as you want.
The basic overnight oats can be made by adding rolled oats, milk, some yogurt, a few chia seeds, and some maple syrup into a mason jar, stirring it up, and placing it in the refrigerator overnight. If you follow a dairy-free lifestyle, almond milk, oat milk, or even water will work. You can have it, as it is in the morning, or add toppings of your choice.
We recommend fresh fruits, berries, nuts, and seeds, or even chocolate and spices. The combinations are endless. Overnight oats are a great source of dietary fibers and light on your stomach but very filling and oh so yummy.

Fruit Parfait
A classic recipe that is very easy to make and tastes delicious. Fruit parfaits are made with fresh fruit and yogurt layered in a container. A mason jar works best. We recommend throwing in a bit of granola or muesli in there for a bit of crunch. Even nuts and seeds can be added as toppings if you like.
You can make fruit parfaits with any seasonal fruits available. But in a hurry, even frozen fruits will do the job. But, again, we don't judge here. Just make sure to thaw them beforehand.

Smoothie Bowls
Smoothie bowls are all the rage now. You might have seen Instagram models flaunting their perfect little smoothie bowls for the gram. Smoothies are the ideal on-the-go meal.
Freeze fruits of your choice in a tight container overnight. Then, blend it with some greek yogurt, a dash of milk (any kind will do), honey, and some ice. You can add extra flavoring or protein powder for that extra nutrient punch. If you are big on greens, you can add kale or spinach to your smoothie too.
Blend it to a thick consistency; you can spread it in a bowl and add granola and fresh fruits on top. Or you can make it a little bit thinner and sip it on the go.
